Goff Industrial Park is a 450 acre park located just outside the city limits of Arkansas City. Tenants of this industrial park include Creekstone Farms, a major food processing facility employing over 500, and Northern Contours. The City of Arkansas City has invested in major improvements to the roads, water, and sewer services at this site. Sites are also available for new construction ranging in lots from 1 to 75 acres at prices considerably below that of metropolitan areas. Located on the east side of Winfield, the Winfield Industrial Park is home to over 10 industries including Galaxy Tool, Webster Manufacturing, S&Y Industries, Nelson Machine and Welding, and Clock Medical Supply.
