Kerri Falletti grew up in Enterprise, KS, and graduated from Chapman High School, is a graduate of Friends University. Kerri moved to Cowley County 6 ½ years ago. She began working at Cowley County Economic Development in March 2004. She attended specific training courses through Oklahoma University’s Economic Development Institutive to become a Certified Economic Developer through International Economic Development Council in 2009. In 2009, she worked as a Business Consultant for Kansas Small Business Development Center for nine months before returning to Cowley County Economic Development as Director. As Director, she participates in many regional organizations and works to promote Cowley County’s vision, growth, and development. She also works with local business and industry with requests, including projects such as, business development assistance, identifying incentives for training or business needs, and recruitment with locating in Cowley County.

Tara Duncan grew up in the Kansas City area, then attended and graduated High School in Russell, KS. She graduated from Southwestern College in Winfield, KS with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing with a Minor in Leadership Studies. She then graduated again from Southwestern soon after with a Masters in Business Administration. Her career began as a Project Manager at an Advertising Agency in Fayetteville, NC managing branding and market research projects. She then accepted a position as Tourism Development Manager at the Fayetteville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau. This job enabled her to get involved in the community. She then became an Account Executive at a Worldwide Marketing Communications Company in downtown Kansas City, MO and maintained client relations with several Starwood Hotel Properties, both Westar and Sheraton. Since January, 2010, she has been the Administrative Assistant for Cowley First and she is glad to be back in Cowley County in a position where she can build community relationships and be involved with many different civic organizations. She recently graduated from the Leadership Cowley County program and attended the BASIC Economic Development Course through the International Economic Development Council.
