County Overview of Cowley County provides information relating to the County as a whole. Communities in the County include Arkansas City, Atlanta, Burden, Cambridge, Dexter, Parkerfield, Udall and Winfield. Here you will find information specific to quality of life in each city. The ABCD&E group has been selected pilot project of the Governor's Rural Life Taskforce. Keep up to date on all of the exciting progress these communities are making. Another excellent resource is the Eastern Cowley County Resource Center, home of the Eastern Cowley County Advocate and ECCELL center.
